Karen joined the Soul Support Systems Board in 2021. She is a certified  Heart Thread Practitioner, a Soul Recognition facilitator in training, and has  completed Leadership Training programs.  

Karen is a healing arts practitioner and teacher. She is a qigong practitioner, certified Wu Ming Qigong Instructor, Wu Ming Medical Qigong  Practitioner, and certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher (Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, Sounds True).  

She is also a kiln formed glass artist and owner of Stardust Artworks and a studio artist at the Art Glass Center at Glen Echo. She recently retired from  her career as an attorney in regulatory, legislative and international law in  government and industry.  

Karen lives in Bethesda, Maryland. She has a dog, Saint, and two grown  sons, Thomas and Teddy and his wife, Samantha. Karen loves creating  glass art, traveling, hiking and connecting with friends and family.
