We are thrilled to announce that Soul Support has secured a beautiful home in Sandbridge, VA for our Fall Beach Gathering! This incredible opportunity to come together in community is made possible thanks to your commitment and generosity. We can't wait to share this special time with you!
The dates for our time together are September 27th through October 4th.
Our arrival is after 4 pm on the 27th and our departure is around 10 am on the 4th.
Payment Information:
The total cost for the gathering is $1,000.00, which covers food and beverages (excluding alcohol). To ensure everything is finalized, payments should be made as follows:
$300.00 deposit with registration
$400.00 by May 1st
$300.00 by August 1st
If you have not yet paid your $300.00 deposit, please do so now. We accept payments via Zelle, PayPal Friends & Family, or check made out to Soul Support Systems. If using our website donation button, please add a 3% fee to cover transaction costs.
Food & Accommodations:
We will shop for food ahead of time and cook together throughout the week. Organic, gluten-free, and dairy-free options will be available upon request. A form will be sent soon for you to provide your lodging preferences and dietary needs. If you’re able to assist with food shopping, please let us know!

Travel & Logistics:
The nearest airport is Norfolk International Airport, approximately 55 minutes from our rental home. If you can assist with airport pickups, please let us know. We will also hold a Zoom meeting before the gathering to coordinate travel arrangements and answer any questions.
It is not necessary for someone attending this gathering to have had a Soul Recognition.
