Essential Skills: Living from the Heart and Soul

Soul Support Systems invites you to a course for living from the Heart and Soul.  This four-week program will promote a deeper relationship with our energy field, our heart and our soul.  Strengthening these three aspects creates balance for ourselves and fosters living from our soul’s design.

 We will explore, through meditation, movement and discussion:

  • Understanding how personal energy fields work and how they affect our interactions with others.
  • Learning an easy alignment process for staying in balance even when we face challenges.
  • Developing a relationship with our soul and practice receiving its clarity and guidance.
  • Discovering the expansive quality of the heart, the key to bringing peace to our lives and to our planet.

Sliding Scale Registration: $65; $75; or $85.
Please be as generous as you are able.

NOTE: A minimum of six registrants will be required to hold this class series.

Linda Burns serves on the Soul Support Systems Board, and the SSS Board Education Committee.  She is a certified HeartThread practitioner and Soul Recognition facilitator-in-training.  Linda is an artist, writer and jewelry designer. She authored the I AM Blessing, Sacred Symbols of the I AM Illustrated Cards, and she designed the I AM jewelry line.  To learn more, visit her website:

Karen Wilson is a certified HeartThread practitioner and Soul Recognition facilitator-in-training.   Karen also serves on the Soul Support Systems Board, and the SSS Board Education Committee.  She is a kiln-formed glass artist, and studio artist at the Art Glass Center at Glen Echo, and owner of Stardust Artworks,  She is also a meditation teacher, Dragon’s Way Qigong teacher, and Medical Qigong Practitioner.  She recently retired as a government contracts attorney, and continues to support excellence in the profession through several Board positions.    

Lauren Liberti is an active member in the Soul Support Systems community.  She is a Soul Recognition Facilitator and is certified in Circuitry Alignment and HeartThread.  She serves on the Board of Soul Support Systems and is committed to the development of new programs that apply the principals, understandings and practices of the organization.  Lauren currently resides in Connecticut with her husband, daughter, and dog who can be usually be found at her feet during Zoom calls.
